Ming See has 6 years of experience in Total Quality Management and more than 25 years in Human Resource Management, Learning, and Development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biochemistry.
Ming See has worked with various organizations, including local SMEs, international subcontractors, original equipment manufacturers, and service and maintenance companies, before transitioning into a freelance role as a trainer, career coach, and HR consultant.
Early in her career, she contributed to quality improvement projects, ISO 9001 Certification, and quality audits. She later specialized in Human Resource Management, gaining expertise in Talent Management, Training & Development, Career Coaching, HR Policy Development, E-Learning System Implementation, Job Analysis and Description, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Career Transition. This experience enables her to have a complete perspective of primary and supportive functions of an organization
Her last role as Regional Talent Management & Development Manager at Jardine Schindler Group was a high-profile global position. This allowed her to deepen her understanding of the capabilities of young professionals across the Asia-Pacific region and develop leaders with diverse cultural backgrounds, leadership styles, and motivators.
Over the years, Ming See has honed her skills in developing training programs and providing career coaching to both young talents and managerial professionals. She has facilitated a wide range of training programs covering leadership, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, career transition, problem-solving, and more. Her training experience spans from blue-collar workers to clerical and managerial levels.
In addition to training, Ming See provides HR consulting services, where she analyses organizational human resource development, change processes, and training needs. She advises companies on improving HR management strategies and processes to enhance workforce performance. Ming See is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling her to conduct training in these languages.
