Jackson Ng holds a Master’s degree from the University Of Southern Queensland (USQ) specialising in Human Resource Management. He is a Certified Professional Trainer, an international qualification he achieved from International Professional Managers Association (IPMA, UK). He is also a professional member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). He is the Co-founder at Master Trainers Consulting and Coaching Sdn Bhd and also the appointed as the Lead Trainer for HRDF Train The Trainer Certification.
Since 2017, Jackson has successfully trained more than 900 HRDF certified trainers. Some are already doing well as full time professional trainers or in-house trainers in their respective industries.
Jackson Ng earned the title of The 2002 Asia Pacific Speech Champion when he represented Malaysia in Asia Pacific Speaking Competition (Area B), under the 52nd Junior Chamber International Asia Pacific Conference (JCI-ASPAC) in Japan. Prior to that, he had won more than 30 speech contests at Junior Chamber Malaysia conventions and Toastmasters International platforms combined.
He has written 3 popular books, YOU ARE A MASTERPIECE, THE NEW YOU AND SPEAK WITH IMPACT TO ANY AUDIENCE. His 22 years in entrepreneurship, management, training,coaching, sales and marketing strategy provide him the credibility and unique position to bring out the best in the TTT participants.

Ming See is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience, specializing in Total Quality Management and Human Resource Management, Learning & Development. She holds certifications as a Certified Trainer (PSMB), Certified Coach (ICF), and Certified Senior Professional in HR International (SPHRi – HRCI), and is an ordinary member of MAPTaC. She served as a master trainer for the PSMB Train-the-Trainer program (2017–2019) and consultant under the PSMB SME TNA Consultancy Scheme. Ming See holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry.
Her career spans various industries, including SMEs, multinational subcontractors, OEMs, and service companies. She has deep expertise in talent management, performance management, training & development, career coaching, recruitment, and HR policy setup. Earlier in her career, she was actively involved in ISO 9001 certification, quality auditing, and process improvement projects.
As a freelance trainer, coach, and HR consultant, she has delivered impactful training across leadership, team building, coaching, performance management, career transition, and problem-solving for participants ranging from blue-collar workers to managerial staff. Her last corporate role as Regional Talent Management & Development Manager with Jardine Schindler Group gave her exposure to developing leaders across Asia Pacific with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ming See is passionate about personal growth and transformation. You don’t need any special qualifications to be one. You have be passionate about a
subject that can help people to improve their lives or work related competencies. There is
no specific academic qualification required.
It is a 5-days course offered by Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) to
equip new trainers with the basic competency to conduct some in-house training. It will
enable the newly Certified Trainers to claim from the training fund that are contributed by
registered employers.
HRD Corp is a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resource. Their main
objective is to regulate the training industry and ensure registered employers will
consistently up skill and re-skill the Malaysian workforce to achieve a well-developed
Nation. To achieve that, it imposes a levy for registered employers in the country run their
training programmes.
At Master Trainers Consulting & Coaching Sdn Bhd, we always aim to:
1. Provide 5 day Personal Development experience for new trainers.
2. Equip you to become a Certified and Competent Trainer within 2-5 years
3. Enable you to become a Competent trainer by using multiple training methods
4. Guide you on designing any topic of your choice that meets industry standards
5. Show you how you can conduct accurate assessment after you run your training.
6. Show you how to earn some fees as a professional trainer.
In the HRD CORP TTT run by Master Trainers Consulting & Coaching, we will ensure you
that you will be able to design and deliver an effective training plan on day 5 in order to
pass the assessment in order to be awarded the Certificate of Training by HRD Corp.
It will equip you with the basic competency like handling adult learners, designing training
plan, 30 delivery techniques and assessing training competency. However, at Master
Trainers, we will go the extra mile to guiding you to become an Accredited Trainer during
and after TTT training.
It’s only RM2,684 per pax which covers certification fee, halal food, materials and SST.
On the final day (day 5) you are required to do a 15 min teaching plan presentation in order
to pass the assessment. Don’t worry, you will be guided on the assessment process during
the TTT session.
In Malaysia, trainers earn between RM1,500 to RM6,000 per training day.The maximum
allowable fees chargeable by a Certified Trainer is RM 6000 per day. The fees can go
higher for some specific topics. Please ask the trainer during the session.
We will guide you during the TTT programme and if you still not clear, we will guide you
during our monthly Alumni meetings.
If you are doing in-house training(If the company that engages you directly), you can claim
up to RM6,000 per day for face to face training. As for public training, you can claim up to
RM1,300 per pax per day. For new Trainers, it is advisable to work with a HRD Corp-
Registered Training Provider.
