ALANOX TAN, a Certified Professional Trainer from International Professional Managers Association, (IPMA, United Kingdom), with more than 10 years’ experience as a Professional Trainer in training industry. He is one of the senior trainers at Master Trainer Consulting and Coaching Sdn.  Bhd.

His area of expertise are in Sales & Marketing, Customers Service, Communication with NLP, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Team Building Programmes.

Today, he is also a competent coach and mentor for new trainers in our Trainers Certification Programme.

Alanox has conducted NLP related Training Programmes for some organizations such as HSBC Bank Bhd, Kose (M) Sdn. Bhd, TF-Value Hypermarket, BMW, Setia Awan Development Group, PHP Group, Proton Bhd, i-Property,  Ezone Computer Chain, Maxstyle Group, The Store Supermarket, Penang Colonial Museum, and many others.

With his practical and engaging training style, he makes his participants understand and perform the highest results in training outcome. He was also recognized as the Top 3 Best Sales Trainer Award in Proton National Sales Certification program in 2016 & 2017. 

He is currently studying his doctorate degree in Business Administration, to upgrade his qualification.
